LEAGUE CATEGORIES
LEAGUE 1
- Members who own or run a professional/training yard.
- Members who have the BHSII or Stage IV.
- Members who have competed under FEI rules in the last 5 years.
- Members who have trained or ridden at affiliated medium level or above.
- Instructors training or teaching regularly.
- Registered horses with 10 or more dressage points when ridden by said member.
- Registered horses with 5 or more horse trial points when ridden by said member.
- Registered horse/riders with points will NOT be allowed to do a prelim.test that counts towards league placings, but may compete HC.
- Horse/rider combinations that have won 3 competitions doing the same level test at prelim or novice may compete only HC at that level for all future competitions within the current club year.
LEAGUE 2
- All othe yard owners.
- Members who have BHSAI or Stage III.
- Members who have ridden regularly in open competitions and in novice and above dressage at RC level.
- Members who have ridden in RC teams not including Riding Test and Equitation Jumping.
- Registered horses with less than 10 dressage points when ridden by said member.
- Registered horses with less than 5 horse trial points when ridden by said member.
- Registered horse/riders with points will NOT be allowed to do a prelim.test that counts towards league placings, but may compete HC.
- Horse/rider combinations that have won 3 competitions doing the same level test at prelim or novice may compete only HC at that level for all future competitions within the current club year.
LEAGUE 3
- All other members who do not qualify for the above.
- Horse/rider combinations that have won 3 competitions doing the same level test at prelim or novice may compete only HC at that level for all future competitions within the current club year.
The winners of Leagues 2 and 3 will automatically move up to the next league for the following year.
Any change in qualifications during a club year will not take effect until the start of the next full year.
